SCA Kraftliner White Top
We have continually strived to make our flagship containerboard even better. SCA Kraftliner White Top has a smoothness that truly enhances perceived print quality. Text and barcodes are noticeably sharper and easier to read, and the detail in image reproductions is much higher.
Over many years, our in-house R&D department innovated and tested countless different recipes, processes and fibre mixes before arriving at the specific hardwood-pulp formula we use today. With a top layer made with fresh birch fibres, that gives an extra smooth surface, it enables full ink coverage and beautiful prints.
During 2013 we invested in a paper machine rebuild to improve containerboard formation and a cleaner sheet for world-class prints and runnability, in addition to widening our product range.
SCA Kraftliner Wet Strength
As the only producer of wet-strength liner in Europe, SCA Containerboard conducts development of new customized liner grades to fulfil identified needs for more durable corrugated board boxes for use in damp environments and cyclical climates.
We developed SCA Kraftliner Wet Strength 250, a lighter version than others in the wet-strength category, to meet customers needs of a lower grammage that is robust enough to stand up to humidity and cyclical climates. The durability of this Kraftliner reduces the risk of the box’s collapsing and the risk of spillage and waste in the supply chain.
